Hi-RES is committed to develop and introduce innovative and
sophisticated applications using state-of-the-art technology to local and
overseas markets. Hi-RES believes in quality and responsive support which
are practised conscientiously by all its staff.
The motto adopted by the Company was "Excellent
Service at a Reasonable Price" and all staff were
ingrained to provide excellent service with honesty as a main criterion
when dealing with customers.
To improve after sale service, it was the policy of the Company to
provide immediate or within 24 hours service for all computers that went
down. Usually if the computer is under warranty, no charges were levied.
If an immediate repair is not possible, a loan set will be provided. This
service has been maintained and customers can expect minimised down time.
